Why we created this tool: To help you gain Awareness (where are you now?) and Choice (where do you want to go?)
How to use this tool:
- Where are you? Reflecting on the state of your life right now, give yourself a rating (1 being low, 9 being high) for each of the six categories in the tool. Using the key, color in your score within each section (an example is included in the downloadable PDF above).
- Where do you want to be? Reflect on where you want to be. With a different colored utensil, color in the score you’d like to reach.
- What are you going to do about it? Choose the top three categories you would like to work on in order to reach your desired score. On page 5 of the tool, fill out your focused vision.
