Ego is the Enemy with Bestselling Author Ryan Holiday
October 23 @ 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Do you know what one of the biggest impediments is to creating the future you desire?
It’s your ego.
Author of bestselling books Ego is the Enemy, Obstacle is the Way, Conspiracy, and more, Ryan Holiday believes that ego holds us back from living full, successful lives. Like Marcus Aurelius and other philosophers he draws research and inspiration from, Exploratory Leaders like Ryan are artful at subduing their egos in order to focus on the work they’ve set out to achieve.
And achievement is something Ryan is quite familiar with. On top of running a creative agency and reading nearly 250 books annually, he writes bestselling books at a rapid clip, with a new book releasing in October.
Ryan believes that ego ruins the very thing it celebrates, and in an era in which social media and other forms of self-promotion reign supreme, the battle against ego must be fought hard.
Join us for an event with Ryan Holiday on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 as we learn his practical techniques for combatting the ego and living into humility. In Ryan’s own words, armed with the lessons in Ego is the Enemy, “You will be less invested in the story you tell about your own specialness, and as a result, you will be liberated to accomplish the world-changing work you’ve set out to achieve.”
Attendees will receive a copy of Ego is the Enemy.
